When I lived in New Mexico many years ago, I bought a series of weekly
masaages from a women who had just moved to the area. She was really
good. As I got to know her better, I started noticing how every once in
a while she'd kind of space out and mentally "go' somewhere else, and
I'd have to speak to her quite loudly to bring her back to present.

I mentioned it to her out of curiosity, and I'm so glad I did, because
she had an amazing - horrifying, really - story.

She'd been a very successful criminal lawyer for over 10 years. Her
practice was so busy that she started not taking care of herself, and
drinking diet c___ (I won't name it here but you know what I'm talking
about!).

After about 6 months being really, really busy, eating out (especially
chinese food) and drinking this diet soda, she started having epileptic
fits. They became so severe that she couldn't work anymore. She'd have
up to 20 a day. Severe.

She finally had to close down her business. She lost everything - all
but one or two dear friends, family members (who thought she was just
`trying to get attention, and should chill out'), house, car, lover -
everything. She became depressed and suicidal. And she still drank the
soda.

She was so desperate to get her clear-thinking mind back that she
almost opted for radical brain surgery

What You Focus On Is What You Get!

Feeling stuck?- Yesterday, I suggested to someone to stop
focusing on herself and start focusing on her dream, instead.

I say that to a lot of people, actually.

And I say it often. Including to myself.

Because I know from hard experience, both in my own life and from
witnessing the healing of others for so many years, that it's only
possible to create your dream if you focus on it, and not your poor,
pathetic, sad, grieving, hurt, unperfect, guilty (add your own
self-talk here) self.

It's really true, that old saying:
Where your thoughts go your energy flows.

Focus on sad, you get sad.
Focus on feeling better, feeling better comes.
Focus on creating dreams, dreams get created.

In my own experience of with umpteen years of depression, I got to see
myself spiral down and down and down until I really thought there was
no way up, ever.

And then I had the surprise good fortune to learn energy practices. Ho!
Miracle! I practiced every day. Sometimes all day - what else did I
have to do? After so many years in Down, Up seemed impossible, but I
was bound and determined to get there, because Down was killing me.

I got to see myself climbing my inner ladder back up and up and up
again. Until now I never go back down as far as I did. Ever.

So, how do you climb out without knowing how, or without a friendly
supportive hand? There's the rub. Most of us stumble along without
knowing how. OK. Here's how.

No More Kidney Stones: EFT/Tapping & Chi Lel Medical Chi Gung

pain! Two years ago, I was hospitalized with kidney stones. They took
`em out. It was NOT fun. A year later at my checkup, and my doc said,
"Angela, you have a dime-size kidney stone in each kidney. Again."

I asked what I was supposed to do. He, being of conventional medical
school thinking, said it was chemical treatment or surgery. Nupe. Not
for me, thank you very much!

I told him what I was going to do, instead of his idea, and he looked
at me with that "Maybe she should be put away" look most conventional
docs get when you even mention energy work.

New Thoughts = New Creations

turn your mind to the light!- One of the things I have people do
in my coaching and mastermind groups is to have everyone share one or
more successes before they get talking about whatever it is they want
to discuss or create a shift or a breakthrough about.

I do that because, in our rush-rush culture, it seems that we seldom
take the time to really acknowledge and appreciate what it is we've
done recently about which we feel good, or even terrific.

When you rush around `getting' things done, `getting' money, sales or
whatever, life takes a pretty grey tinge. Seems like everything is
about `getting.'

Starts to feel empty, and thoughts like "why bother" emerge.

Whereas acknowledging and making precious your accomplishments and
achievements helps you sense and then embody that feeling of, "Wow! I
did it!' You feel whle again, like your soul or your Heart's Deep Place
somehow got filled up.

Saying to yourself "Yeah, this is what I did, and I'm really delighted
with it," helps you glow from the inside out.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
